Tofu Cream Sauce

I came across this recipe from @shiveggie on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I’m always interested in finding healthy alternatives. Sometimes it’s really hard to find healthy alternatives because a lot of healthy substitutes are an acquired taste. This recipe is good, but it is an acquired taste, I feel like a lot of health bloggers don’t mention that. I can’t wait to work on it and use it as a base for other sauces.


  • 14 oz Block of Firm Tofu
  • 1/4 Cup of Nutritional Yeast
  • 3 Tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp of Garlic
  • 1 Tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper


Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Heat up and serve with your favorite pasta.
