This week I decided to keep it light.

- Chickpea Pasta
For breakfast I will be doing carrot juice. I find carrot juice to be very filling and the perfect start to my day.
For lunch I will be doing a green juice.
For dinner I am trying something new and doing a tofu cream sauce. I will be pairing it with chicken, pasta, and kale. I will post the recipe later this week.
