Meal Prep – Week of July 26th

I am continuing to love the Whole Foods 2 hour delivery. I have even got on board with ordering other staples like cat food and coffee online when I can’t find what I want at Whole Foods. I love both the convenience and the quality of ordering my groceries from Whole Foods.

Grocery List

  • Pepperoni
  • Tofu
  • Gluten Free Pizza Dough Mix
  • Kale
  • Apples
  • Oranges
  • Almond Milk
  • Spinach

Breakfast

I missed my green juice so I decided to do a spinach based green juice for breakfast this week.

Lunch

I wanted to keep my meals light this week AND use up some stuff in the freezer so I decided to do a strawberry kale smoothie for lunch. I had the frozen strawberries leftover from a month or so ago. Stay tuned later this week for the full recipe.

Dinner

For dinner I will be having a gluten free pizza. I had planned on buying this crust mix from Simple Mills last week, but they sold out. Stay tuned later this week for a post about the pizza. I can’t wait to try it!
