Meal Prep – Week of July 12th

This week I decided to try something new and ordered my groceries from Whole Foods. Did you know that if you have Amazon Prime you can get FREE 2 hour delivery from Whole Foods? I love that Whole Foods has so many options that are better for you and the environment.

Grocery List

  • Burgers
  • Big Mac Sauce
  • Cassava Flour Tortillas
  • Chicken and Chorizo Taco Skillet
  • Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
  • Extra Firm Tofu
  • Almond Flour Cheddar Crackers
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • JalapeƱo Queso Dip
  • Frozen Plant-Based Meatballs
  • Frozen Cauliflower Fried Rice
  • Teriyaki Sauce

This week requires almost no prep work, which leaves me time to focus on other stuff.

Breakfast

For breakfast I will be doing my Cranberry Apple Overnight Oats. See recipe HERE. I still have some milk and yogurt in the fridge so I decided to use it up.

Lunch

For lunch I will be having Teriyaki Meatballs with Cauliflower Fried Rice. I started incorporating more protein into my lunch and dinner last week and I feel like I have so much more energy!

Dinner

Typically for dinner(or any meal) I have one option. This week I decided to have 2 to cut down on going out to eat at the end of the week. I am having the chicken chorizo taco skillet and burgers with crispy air fryer tofu.
