Meal Prep – Week of July 5th

This week I decided to change things up and incorporate more protein. I think one of my issues is that I don’t eat enough so I get hungry and binge. I’m hoping by incorporating more protein into each meal I can cut that out.

Grocery List

  • Avocado
  • Mustard greens
  • Lean ground beef
  • Kohlrabi
  • Turkey breast
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Red bell pepper
  • Spinach
  • Eggs

Breakfast

For breakfast I will be having scrambled eggs with spinach and onion. The eggs will keep me full and the spinach and onion will add more vitamins and nutrients.

Lunch

For lunch I will be eating kohlrabi with homemade meat sauce. I sliced the kohlrabi into noodle shapes.

Dinner

For dinner I have marinated turkey breast with avocado, tomatoes, and mustard greens.
