Meal Prep – Week of June 14th

I have a lot of ingredients leftover from last week so I didn’t need to buy too much for this week coming up. I am trying to eat light because I will be visiting my parents again next weekend and probably won’t eat the best.

Grocery List

  • Apples
  • Cucumber
  • Steak
  • Shredded carrots
  • Bok choy
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Teriyaki marinade
  • Tortilla wraps

Leftover From Last Week

  • Frozen berries
  • Yogurt
  • Almond Coconut milk
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Cabbage

Breakfast

Lunch
