I found the Strawberry Lemon Vital Proteins at 50% off at Kroger so I decided to create some recipes to use it. That stuff is not cheap!
I freeze all frozen ingredients myself at the beginning of the week to save money. Make sure to freeze whatever you are freezing flat then place it in a container once frozen so it doesn’t freeze together in one clump.
Lately my Kroger has been selling 2 lb of strawberries for less than the price of the 1 lb containers, so stay tuned over the next couple of weeks for plenty of frozen strawberry recipes!
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Almond Milk Blend
- 2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Strawberry Lemon Vital Proteins
- 1 Tbsp Oats
- 1 Frozen Banana
- Frozen Strawberries (3-4)
- Frozen Blackberries (5-7)
Start by blending together the coconut almond milk, protein, and oats until smooth. I like to do this first so that everything mixes evenly into the frozen fruit.
Next, add the berries and banana and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
