Meal Prep – Week of June 7th

I was not expecting today to be a productive day. I didn’t have a healthy weekend, but I got home from grocery shopping and put myself into a positive mindset, so I have had a productive day! This week I have a half day on Thursday and don’t work Friday, so my meal schedule is a little off.

Grocery List

  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Cabbage
  • Cucumber
  • Strawberries
  • Sliced almonds
  • Carrots
  • Bananas
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Grapes
  • Raspberries
  • Almond Coconut milk blend

Breakfast

I didn’t really plan anything for breakfast this week. I bought grapes as a snack if I get hungry, so that will most likely be my breakfast.

Lunch

For lunch I will be making a berry smoothie. I have prepped by freezing my berries and bananas so they are ready to go. Stay tuned later this week for the recipe.

Dinner

For dinner I will be doing a salad. The recipe is called “Inner Goddess Detox Salad.” It combines many different greens, fruits, veggies, and a crunch factor. I will post the recipe later this week. I prepped by getting everything chopped up ahead of time so when I am ready for dinner I can put everything in a bowl and be ready to eat.
