Pizza Salad

I was trying to think about new salads to make and thought a pizza salad would be a great way to get the satisfaction from pizza in a healthier way. You have the gooey mozzarella with the sun dried tomatoes that give the same feel as a tomato sauce cooked all day long. Use your favorite toppings!


  • Lettuce
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Pepperoni
  • Mozzarella
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Sausage(I used chicken sausage)
  • Red pepper flakes


Start by sautéing the sausage until cooked.

While the sausage is cooking, chop up the lettuce and mix it together with the balsamic vinaigrette and your seasonings of choice.

Slice the mozzarella, pepperoni, and sun dried tomatoes.

After the sausage is cooked, add the pepperoni, and sun dried tomatoes.

Once everything else is heated up, add the mozzarella just to warm it up, don’t let it get too melty.

Mix the toppings with the lettuce and enjoy!
