Pineapple Overnight Oats

To celebrate the warm weather I decided to use my overnight oats guide to create a pineapple overnight oat. Pineapple always reminds me of warm, tropical weather. Check out my guide to create your own overnight oats recipe HERE.


  • 1/2 Cup of Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 Cup of Almond Coconut Milk Blend
  • 1/2 Cup of Pineapple
  • 1 Scoop of Vital Proteins
  • 1 TBSP of Honey
  • 1 Pinch or Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Slivered Almonds
  • Yogurt


I like my oatmeal kind of dryer, so if you like it a little more moist, double the amount of milk.

Start by adding the oats and milk to the container. Stir until combined.

Add the pineapple, vital proteins, honey, salt, and cinnamon and make sure you incorporate all ingredients evenly.

Let sit in the fridge overnight.

In the morning either heat it up for a minute (longer if you add more liquid) or eat cold. I stirred in yogurt after cooking to give it a tang and creamier texture. I also added some slivered almonds on top.
