This week I am trying to get back on track after eating awful last week and all weekend. I DID NOT feel like prepping whatsoever today, but knew I needed to. Getting started on the right foot will get you so far!
- Almond/coconut blend
- Blue cheese
For breakfast I will be doing pineapple overnight oats. I will share the recipe later this week. Check out my overnight oats guide for a basic guide on how to make whatever flavor of overnight oats you want!
To prep I cut up the pineapple and got it ready.
For lunch I will be doing carrot juice with grapes as a snack. I had leftover carrots from last week so they are already prepped. I figured juice would be the perfect way to use them.
For dinner I will be doing buffalo chicken with a salad containing bacon, blue cheese, and apple. I’m still on a kick of bacon, apple, and cheese on salad.
Now that I am mostly prepped for the week I am going to get outside and enjoy the weather. Happy Memorial Day and thankful you to those that have fallen for our country!
