I’ve been really into smoothies lately and found the inspiration for this recipe when looking for ideas. It takes you back to your childhood and makes you think of that classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 3-4 Strawberries
- 1-2 TBSP Oats
- 1 Scoop Vital Proteins
Start by blending all of the non-frozen ingredients until smooth. That would be everything except for the banana.
Add the banana and blend until smooth.
Enjoy this sophisticated take on the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
