Tropical Kale Smoothie

I got the inspiration for this recipe from @DiyaWellness on Instagram. She has a lot of great recipes for healthy desserts and other types of food, so I suggest you check her out!


  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
  • 2-3 Kale Leaves
  • Frozen Pineapple
  • Frozen Mango
  • 1 TBSP Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • 1-2 TBSP Oats
  • 1 Scoop Vital Proteins


As I’ve always said, the amount of each ingredient is an estimate. I kind of just throw the ingredients in the blender. Start by blending everything except for the pineapple and mango. As a rule of thumb in any smoothie I blend everything except for the frozen component first. I froze my own pineapple and mango. In the picture below is 1 pineapple and 2 mangoes. When freezing anything super wet it is always best to freeze it on a sheet tray first to avoid it clumping together and making it impossible to separate once frozen.

After blending everything except for the mango and pineapple, add the mango and pineapple and blend until smooth. Next, enjoy!
