Inspired by the carrot smoothie I made last week, I decided to use the same concept to make a zucchini muffin smoothie. I used the same recipe as the carrot cake smoothie, but used zucchini instead of carrots. See the carrot cake smoothie HERE.
Ingredients

- 1/2 of a Zucchini
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1-2 TBSP Oats
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 4 Dates
- 1 Scoop of Vital Proteins
Directions
Start by blending everything except for the banana. Unlike the carrot, the zucchini should blend up smoothly with everything else because it’s softer. After everything is blended smoothly, add the banana and blend until smooth.
