Spinach Pineapple Smoothie

I followed my smoothie guide(check it out here) to create this delicious pineapple spinach smoothie. I love smoothies because they are a great way to get many different nutrients in while getting more fiber than juice provides. They also tend to keep you fuller longer.


  • Spinach
  • Pineapple
  • Vital Proteins Collagen
  • Oats
  • Yogurt
  • Water

I don’t typically measure when I’m making my smoothies. I go with the amount of ingredients that fit in my blender cup. I use the individual sized blender cup that came with my Ninja blender.

I start by blending everything but the pineapple. II use the amount pictured for the oats and spinach. For the protein I use 1 scoop. For the yogurt I use about 1-2 TBSP then add a little water to make sure there’s enough liquid.

Blending everything else first makes it easier to add the pineapple once everything else is a smooth liquid.

Next I add the pineapple and blend until smooth.

Now enjoy!
