After feeling overwhelmed yesterday I feel refreshed today. Yesterday I didn’t worry about how productive I was. It was a nice and relaxing feeling. It showed me that I need to take time to relax. My spare time doesn’t need to be devoted to doing stuff at all times. I can take time to relax and do nothing.
I have also realized I need to be more chill on my to do list. I don’t need an hour by hour schedule. It’s ok to pick several tasks to complete and work on them when I can. I am hoping this breath of fresh air helps prevent more binge eating spells and breakdowns. I was not in a good place yesterday, but today is going to be a good day!
