    • Dried Fruit
    • Popcorn

Fitness tips…

It may be easy to get lazy during the quarantine. You get bored and stuck in a pattern of sitting around watching tv or sitting around doing other stuff. It is important during this time to make sure you stay active during this time because staying active will improve your mood and help you stay positive. Here are some of my tips to stay active while at home.

Get up and go outside…Getting some fresh air and sunlight will help improve your mood and you will get some bonus Vitamin D from the sunlight. Just make sure to keep your distance!

Get up and moving…Challenge yourself to get up and move at least 10 minutes every hour. You can do little exercises or just get up and walk around the house. Every little bit counts.

Plan your workouts…If you plan what you are going to do and when you are going to do it you are more likely to follow through. You don’t have to plan too far in advance, just the day before should have an impact. I like to plan out most mornings. I decide the day before whether I will workout the next day.

Check out the deals…I’ve seen a lot of workout programs offering free trials or special deals during this time. Find out what kind of workout you enjoy and do your research to find a program. Odds are those programs will be offering a special deal at this time!
