Vacation Nutrition Log – Friday March 20th

Today is my last day. I started with a workout, then for breakfast I just had yogurt. I had fruit gushers and a small piece of chocolate for a snack. Not the healthiest snack, but this is my last day to indulge so that small snack is better than a large amount of sweets. For lunch I plan on eating carrots and French onion dip, apple and peanut butter, and a small orange. If I get hungry before dinner I’ll probably have another sweet to eat up some of the sweets we bought this week. Then after dinner I’ll have another probably.

Controlling myself at lunch was successful. I had what I planned: carrots and French onion dip, peanut butter and apple, an orange, and pepperoni. I stopped eating after because I was full. Now I’m going to find something to do to keep my mind off food.

I’ve discovered I really enjoy reading. That’s very helpful to keep my mind off of eating food.

I’m so mad at myself. I did so well with dinner and then I decided I needed dessert and then more sweets. Tomorrow is the end of my vacation do here is to hoping I get back on track.
