Vacation Nutrition Log – Sunday March 15th

Today I made more progress than I did yesterday. I didn’t binge as much so that’s a good thing. I started my day with an hour workout.

For breakfast I had a sausage patty, eggs, and plenty of fruit. For lunch I had some fruit and a beef stick. Dinner is where I went off track. I had chips and dips and steak with mashed potatoes. I hate more than what I was hungry for but left food on my plate. I did make sure to drink plenty of water, so that’s progress. Tomorrow I hope for more control. Tonight I’ll probably have ice cream and pie, but I’ll wait a little and will have small portions. Cheers from paradise!
