Vacation Nutrition Log – Intro

Follow along with my progress as I go visit my parents in Florida. Vacations are a difficult time to keep on track with fitness and nutrition. I am going to try my best to not indulge too much, but I am sure there will be times that I do, and that’s ok. I am hoping that sharing my journey will make me feel accountable for making healthy choices. I will be posting daily meals, challenges, and victories. I will also share some advice for keeping on track as I see what works for keeping myself on track throughout the day.

This is my first big challenge since starting this journey. I haven’t really gone to a sit down restaurant since I started this journey so I don’t know how well I will do at choosing healthy options at a restaurant. Last time I went on vacation I don’t know how many times I ate when I wasn’t even hungry. I was also still at the point where I ate until I finished my plate even though I was full or ate seconds even though I wasn’t even hungry. Wish me luck as I hurdle this first big challenge on the journey to wellness!
