Thinking back on today I think I’ve made so much progress! Starting with lunch I went to Kroger to look for stuff and completely bypassed the snacks without too much thought. I went out for drinks after work and ate an unhealthy choice, but when I got home I made progress. I had a weak moment and was planning on eating way more sweets than I wanted or needed. Then I realized I wasn’t hungry so I didn’t eat any of the planned sweets!
